Citrus Reticulata (Tangerine) Peel Oil
Citrus Reticulata (tangerine) is a sparkly and citrus-sweet fruit that is a hybrid of mandarin and pomelo. The name Tangerine came from the city of Tangier, Morocco. Known for its anti-fungal and antiseptic properties, it is used to help repair dry and uneven toned skin by protecting the skin’s moisture barrier. Tangerines also contains high levels of vitamin A, which makes the body butter effective for those with acne or oily skin.
Citrus Sinensis (Orange)
Citrus Sinensis (orange) is a tantalizing citrus fruit also known for many of its beneficial properties for the skin, including the repairing of the skin, while promoting collagen. Loaded with antioxidants such as vitamin C, it is used to help with environmental stressors like pollution, sun rays, and neutralizing free radicals. Therefore, promoting the skin’s natural regeneration process.
In addition to these 2 types of cold-pressed oils from both fruits, Tangerine Tom is also blended in with a natural, non-GMO butter. None of these ingredients are harmful and can be used on any types of skin, including those who are ultra-sensitive.
