We make each order unique by taking the time to mix our ingredients prior to shipping and sending directly to our consumers, you! As a result, they stay the most fresh without the downside of added preservatives. We also love reading notes our customers write, whether it be gifting to a special someone or for a special occasion. We will try to make it extra special for them, for you.




Please do not eat our body butters and creams...

  • Shorter Shelf Life

    We pride ourselves in having access to a global supply chain. You can see the location of each ingredient on our products page. The shelf life of our products is 6-12 months. Using it daily like intended will use up our natural products before the expiry date. Consistency is key. Be like Nike and just do it.

  • Butter vs. Cream vs. Lotion

    Unlike big named brands, our butters do not contain any water. Of the 3 categories, butters last the longest and are applied to retain moisture, lubricate, and nourish the skin. Creams contain half water, half oil. Lotions are thinnest because they contain mostly water and tiny droplets of oil.

  • Prevention is Everything

    If your skin is really dehydrated, a cream will help to add moisture back into it. Given that butters are the best at locking in moisture for the longest period of time, we recommend that you apply the butter when the skin is damp, usually after you wash up. Don't forget to pat your skin dry first to reduce friction and to apply butter.

It takes a village to raise a child. Butterface wants to raise children. We were all raised differently. Some were blessed to be raised in a warm and loving environment, some were not so fortunate. However, we are all capable of being the best version of ourselves, inside and out, as often as possible. It's a matter of starting as soon as possible. We are here to help.     Our signature box houses all the jars before it gets shipped out. Strong, sturdy, secure, and reusable... you can repurpose it to mail out things to loved ones, put jewellery in, or even hide snacks from your kids/spouse!

  • The Ghosting Type

    Instead of ghosting with no explanation, here it is: our packaging peanuts are made of organic, biodegradable starch that will disappear with water just like magic. Let your kids (or yourself) have fun, knowing that you're making a difference.

  • The Free Spirit Type

    Free from BPA, free from lead, free from being leaked, and free from any mishaps, keep all your next collectibles inside. Reuse it for a rock collection, favourite spices, or even a tooth or 2, or 3.

  • The Non-Clingy Type

    Weather-proof from rain, thunder, and oils... these label stickers (bottom and top) are removable so you can repurpose our beautiful jars. Bonus: our mini-sized jars are made of frosted glass.
